At TactiWear Sales Shop, we stand behind our tactical gear like we stand behind our operators in the field. If your mission-ready apparel doesn’t meet your operational requirements, we’ve established this clear return and exchange protocol to ensure swift resolution.

MISSION PARAMETERS

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition Requirement: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Original Packaging: Must include all original packaging and documentation
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
OPERATIONAL NOTE: For hygiene reasons, Combat Shirts and Tactical T-Shirts marked as “final sale” cannot be returned unless defective. All other gear in our inventory is eligible for returns or exchanges.

EXECUTION PROCEDURE

STEP 1: INITIATE REQUEST

STEP 2: RECEIVE RMA AUTHORIZATION

Our command center will respond within 48 hours with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any special handling requirements

STEP 3: DEPLOY RETURN PACKAGE

Ship your return using a trackable method to:

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

STEP 4: MISSION COMPLETION

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: New items shipped within 1-2 business days after return approval

FUNDS RECOVERY TIMELINE

Upon successful return processing:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days (processing time depends on your bank)
