DEPLOYMENT PROCEDURES (SHIPPING)

ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

All orders undergo tactical verification within 1-2 business days before deployment. Weekend/holiday orders begin processing the next business day.

EXTRACTION PROTOCOL (RETURNS)

MISSION PARAMETERS

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Gear must be unworn, unwashed with original tags
  • Complete original packaging and documentation required
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) mandatory

OPERATIONAL ALERT: For hygiene reasons, Combat Shirts and Tactical T-Shirts marked as “final sale” cannot be extracted unless defective. All other inventory is eligible for return/exchange.

EXTRACTION PROCEDURE

STEP 1: INITIATE REQUEST

Within 15 days of gear receipt, email [email protected] with:

  • Item(s) for extraction (include size/color)
  • Extraction reason (defective/wrong size/other)
  • Request type (refund/exchange)

STEP 2: RECEIVE RMA AUTHORIZATION

Our command center will respond within 48 hours with:

  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  • Extraction coordinates (shipping address)
  • Special handling instructions if required

STEP 3: DEPLOY RETURN PACKAGE

Note: Original insertion (shipping) costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard insertion costs for replacement gear.

STEP 4: MISSION COMPLETION

Upon receiving and inspecting your extraction:

  • Refunds: Processed in 3-5 business days to original payment method
  • Exchanges: New gear deployed within 1-2 business days post-approval

FUNDS RECOVERY TIMELINE

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days (bank processing may vary)
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days

SPECIAL OPERATIONS

DEFECTIVE GEAR

If you receive compromised equipment, contact us immediately at [email protected] with visual evidence (photos/video). We’ll prioritize replacement/refund.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

For command errors in your order, we’ll cover all extraction costs and expedite correct gear.

TACTICAL ADVICE: For fastest processing, ensure your RMA number is visibly displayed on the exterior of your return package. Unauthorized extractions may experience delays.
