You must inspect your gear upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any delivery issues (damage, wrong item, etc.). Failure to do so may affect your ability to make a claim.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our extraction protocol allows returns within 15 days from delivery date, provided:

  • Gear is unworn, unwashed with original tags
  • Complete original packaging and documentation included
